Pillar Care Continuum (formerly Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey) was founded in 1953 by the parents of children with cerebral palsy. They operated from donated space in the basement of Orange Memorial Hospital. The organization has steadily grown over the years and today has more than 800 staff members at 22 program sites serving more than 1,700 infants, children and adults with more than 100 different disabilities.
