Pillar Care Continuum has been serving people with disabilities and special needs since 1953.

The people we support remain paramount in all of our decision-making. We continuously seek their input and adapt our organization to meet their ever-evolving needs. Each year, we serve over 1,300 infants, children, and adults with disabilities from more than 135 different communities across New Jersey. Those we serve have more than 100 different disabilities/diagnoses.
