Our honoree Ronel is a Senior Vice President of Development at CenterPoint Properties, a national industrial real estate investment, development, and management firm. Ronel leads CenterPoint’s development strategy in the Eastern US, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Savannah, and the South Florida markets. Since joining CenterPoint in 2019, he has led the development efforts to deliver eight projects while expanding the company’s development capabilities.
