Daniel Sangoleye joined Pillar Care Continuum as Assistant Director of Residential Services in March 2025, bringing more than 11 years of experience in program management, staff supervision, and quality assurance within social services. He cares deeply about the impactful work of the organization and has a strong commitment to its mission. He is dedicated to strengthening service delivery, fostering collaboration among staff, and empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. In December 2025, Daniel was named Director of Residential Services. He oversees the management of Pillar Care group homes and ensures the quality of care given to Pillar Care residents.
