Jeffrey joined Pillar Care Continuum in March of 2025 as Director of Training. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in public health, including health education, program management, curriculum design, and evaluation. He has held roles with Rutgers University, Planned Parenthood, the Middlesex County Department of Public Safety and Health, and the New Jersey Coalition Against Human Trafficking. As Director of Training, Jeffrey will be responsible for overseeing all training aspects of the agency.
