Laura O’Reilly-Stanzilis joined Pillar Care Continuum in August 2026 as Director of Nursing. A Registered Nurse with more than two decades of leadership experience in health care, wellness, and human services, Laura has dedicated much of her career to improving health outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Morris County, across New Jersey, and on a national level.
In her role as Director of Nursing, Laura oversees nursing services across Pillar Care Continuum’s residential programs, adult day programs, and schools. She provides clinical leadership, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and helps ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care throughout the organization.
