Roland joined Pillar Care as a Direct Support Professional, caring deeply about the residents of the group homes he worked in. Time and time again, Roland stepped up when needed and was named Assistant Director of Residential Services in November 2024. Roland’s work ethic and dedication to Pillar Care clients is a shining example of Pillar Care’s Culture of Excellence. In December 2025, Roland was named Director of Residential Services. He oversees the management of Pillar Care group homes and ensures the quality of care given to Pillar Care residents.
