Virginia Briones joined Pillar Care Continuum in September 2025 as Director of Human Resources, bringing over 20 years of human capital leadership experience to the organization. Throughout her career, she has successfully led HR and global operations functions, designed scalable HR infrastructure and comprehensive talent management that drives organizational success. Known for her ability to build and strengthen HR departments from the ground up, she is committed to supporting Pillar Care’s diverse workforce of 600+ employees and fostering a thriving organizational culture of excellence.
