Pillar Care Continuum will honor Dave Gibbons of Elberon Development Group at the 2024 Steps to Independence Celebration. The Steps to Independence Celebration is taking place on November 13th at The Grove in Cedar Grove, NJ. The celebration is Pillar Care’s annual fundraising event to support our programming for infants, children and adults with disabilities.
