The Pillar Day Program Wheelin’ -n’ -Walkin’ Challenges were a great success, raising over $24,000 to support programming for adults with disabilities. The annual Wheelin’ -n’ -Walkin’ Challenges are favorites of the program participants, staff members, and volunteers in the community. The events are peer-to-peer fundraisers that have individuals ask their friends and families for support, bringing greater awareness to Pillar Care’s mission. On the day of the event, attendees join together outside for a lap to celebrate.
Thank you to everyone who fundraised and contributed to the event. The support of the community helped Wayne Day Program raise over $8,500 and helped Orange Day Program raise a new record of over $15,700. A special thank you to Triad Coatings for being an Elite Sponsor of the 2024 Wheelin’ -n’ -Walkin’ Challenge.
