Pillar Care Continuum (formerly Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and other special needs by supporting personal growth, independence and participation in the community.
Services
Pillar Care delivers a wide range of services to more than 1,700 infants, children and adults with disabilities each year.
This year, in addition to fundraising through participants wheeling & walking and raising money for the program they attend, we are raising money for all the Day Programs through this general donation.
